Gabriel Cisneros died today after enduring, in recent months, a painful disease. Nevertheless, during the last stage of life participated in numerous civic and political activities, which, in the Ermua Forum allowed us to have his knowledge and advice. Gabriel Cisneros has been an example of a politician with strong moral principles capable of guiding its action in solving problems and improving the living. He was part of the paper for drafting the 1978 Constitution and was one of the architects of it were a meeting point and no division between the English. Unfortunately Gabriel Cisneros can not be physically with us in the award ceremony this fall, but is this an example of a life devoted to public good and the construction of a coexistence based on freedom.
